Buy some different bottles of vitamins. (multi dyne have girth), stay away from the gel type. Empty accordingly.

Then buckle down and get a pair of these .... absolutely a blast....

if you already have the egg shakers experiment with what happens when you have your hand cusped verse just holding it with your fingers. practice attack forward and pull back and learn how to 'level' the feel.

also picking up an afuche-cabasa helps. and a very large gourd shekere. and learning how to flip it over.
