iPad - Which one to go?

I have a iPad3, and sometimes yes it does get a little warm. I can't remember it happening for music apps though, mainly for games like NOVA3 or Mass Effect. Even then it's just warm, it's not painful to hold or anything.

Hmm looks like I made a mistake with the original price it's £399 in UK so $546 with tax - £60 cheaper...God I've got it in me head to get one now!
Wondering about the warranty and the adapter now...
