So it turns out I might be able to get a really good deal on a digi 002, so now it's between that and http://www.tascam.com/Products/fw1082.html that tascam fw1082. Being able to hear play music without my computer turned on is important to me, although it rarely gets turned off... but i would like a mixing console as well as a multi channel input into my computer.
Digi 002 or Tascam fw1082
any experience with either?
