Well. I had assumed that you were using the method that I do when warping. Which is a little different from yours. Although your method looks more efficient to start off.

When I warp a multitrack. I drop them all into Arrangement View (hold ctrl on PC so they go per track).

I'll have them all lined up at the start points, assuming that they all start at the exact same sample. Then I'll highlight them all, and drag them to a spot where a perceivable downbeat in the waveforms lines up with one of the lines from the grid. Usually a nice whole number like 17 or 33. I'll then drag the end of the clips in to cut them off at that point. This is just to start off and keep things clean. It helps when I drop a clip back in later, to have it start at a clear spot.

So. In that case, hopefully warp was already off and all the clips are unwarped. And they'll all start at the same point on a very clear downbeat.

Next, I'll choose the easiest track to warp. I'll double click that clip and go in clip properties. There is a 'Slave/Master' button. I activate that and turn on warp. You can read about that button in the manual. It is very handy for this stuff.

Next, I'll right click that downbeat and 'Set 1.1.1 here'. It should be the Only warp marker to start off with. And then from there I will warp that track to taste. You can have the metronome on too if it helps.

So. I only warped that one track. Not all the other ones. The track tells Live where all the tempo changes are from being the Master clip.

When I turn warp on for all the other clips, they adopt the markers from that clip (or more importantly, they adopt the markers from whatever the master tempo and its changes are).

If I add a new clip, I line it up with all the others while that Master clip is still on, and turn on Warp.

Then I can turn that Master button back off, when it is off all the clips will stretch to match whatever tempo you set as the Global tempo instead. But they will all remain matched up with each other.
