Korg MS 20 mini

I got mine last week. I used to have an original years ago that I sold because of how insanely unreliable it was with regard to tuning. Loving this mini version!

If you read my post, you'll see that i'm not taking the signal/noise ratio as a problem... noise on my MS20 is only noticeable at high volume using headphones and on low pass filtered sounds... it's not a problem at all.
And no, sorry but hiss and noise (a very little amount) are inherent to analogue synths...

Oh ffs if you had read my post you would have seen I said

Noise shouldn't be regarded as 'normal' & shouldn't really be noticeably present, unless of course you are adding noise into the mix from a noise generator

- so in regards to noise by 'a very little amount' we are probably actually agreeing!
Honestly, trevox pops up in misunderstanding my line regarding noise as a 'problem' & then you take umbrage because I agreed with leisuremuffin and had the audacity to simply comment on my personal experience with my own legacy MS-20 & the other synths I have owned... Heh, guess I just can't win

I just wanted to say to the kids out there who are going to buy the Ms20 mini that they should be aware that analog gear hums a little bit compared to their vst's and digital synths... but that's part of the magic of these old analog machines...
