Ok here's as far as I got
I am using win 7 x64 with live 9 x64.
LiquidRhythm.amxd is installed on C:\Users\username\MyDocuments\Ableton\User Library\Presets\ MIDI Effects\Max MIDI Effect
1. Launch live 9.
2. Start a drum rack.
3. Double click the LiquidRhythm.amxd mad midi effect located in the max midi effect section.
4. Cycling 74 launches.
5. I click the liquid rhythm client link to start up and nothing happens.
