I tried the Launchpad Mini in a music store last weekend - buttons are small, and I have big fingers, but it seemed OK.yur2die4 wrote:So, as far as the mini goes, I've wondered how the playability and ergonomic feel is compared to the standard sized LP. the standard LP is almost a perfect fit for me, I've looked at music stores for any mini display models but found none. I really just want to know if it is something to recommend to friends.
But....... The new APC mini might be a dealbreaker. Same price, multi-color PLUS faders. And who knows what people will write for it.

If I didn't have the Launchpad Mini (and a number of other controllers), I certainly would be considering the APC Mini; in fact, I will be fighting GAS not to get it, although it sure is attractive, especially with the 8x8 matrix and the faders (although the Launchpad's solution is pretty easy to use).
