I have to +1 for the drop from cytomic. There is no filter that comes close to this one.

Yeah, I watched some videos of The Drop in action. It does sound superb, and it's not too expensive. Strongly thinking of buying it to pair with Zebra specifically.

I hope that as Ableton remade eq8 and included the glue they also consider updating autofilter tih Cytomic algoryths, and it would be adream to also include The Drop in Live X.

I likewhen abes brings on board good talent, I would also like to see a Valhalla verb as a native Live effect.

+1 for EQ8, especially after setting up various short automation envelopes in dummy clips, like 16th note sine/saw/curved saw forms, so that it acts like a LP, HP, Bp or Notch filter/arpeggiator. I'm trying to copy The Drop's step sequencer basically. Of course, it's not quite up there, but sounds pretty pleasing to the ear so far.

Not sure what you mean?? Couple of people mentioned this before me... I've not used it much myself, but have heard it and it sounds pretty amazing...
