Ok, it's clear now, the spammer had something more in store this time.

Not only could I not delete the PMs, after I had logged out (for some reason I thought that might fix it), I couldn't log back in

It always said: unable to connect to x...server (I forgot the correct denomination) at Ableton.com.

This guy seems to get more dangerous. Did anyone check if the "shemale" pic contains maleware?!

Now everything works again obviously. I even managed to finally delete the PMs.
