Re: MACPROVIDEO.COM !!!!
Hello Friends,
I am so hapy to see how many people responded to this post because you will learn so much from the videos on this site. The $10 a month special ends at midnight tonight but not sure what time zone they meant. If you want the same deal, I would just signup tonight for the $25 a month normal fee which is still a bargain, and call customer service on Monday and they will have to honor the special sale price. This was the best investment I have made in my Ableton education, especially as a newbie. But they have a massive library of advanced courses for the pros on this site.
Anyone who uses Push, will be blown away by the Push 201 Course called Pushing the Limits by Jodan Rodeos, who is the the keyboard player for Dream Theatre. I always felt in my gut after seeing Push for the first time that is was an instrument, not just a step sequencer. After you go though this course, your mindset about Push will be changed for life, He is playing Push like a a keyboard and his chops are so insane, your jaw will drop. He is a great teacher and it's amazing how he explains the modes, intervals, and finger exercises, etc. Plus he puts together a full composition from scratch and when it's time to add his soloing, you will shit your pants when you see the technique he has.
The other thing that is very important for me to mention is another site called http://www.warpacademy.com. This site is actually my favorite site out of every online site focused on music production because this site is focused exclusively on Ableton and all the teachers are Ableton certified instructors. Although pricier than http://www.macprovideo.com, the courses are so amazing and the teachers are by far the very best I have ever seen. I am currently working on their Jumpstart Course and just watched my first video last night. I am so new at Ableton, that I called customer support to ask them how to rewind the demo project that comes with Live 9 Suite. That's called being a newbie. But the cool thing was that the Ableton tech that answered the phone, once I told him I was using Warp Academy to learn Ableton, he said I made a very wise choice because he too was going through Warp Academy's course designed for DJs and said it was best training you can find for the money. Understand the courses start at $199 for the Jumpstart course and go as high as $379 for the more advanced courses. This is a streaming site and your course is available online for a year. Plus they all come with down loadable project templates so you can watch the course from a laptop, and load the project files on your desktop. At least that is how I am learning Ableton.
I enjoy sharing anything that can benefit all the members on this website and remember that I am not affiliated with any of these online schools and do not make a penny by referring you the these sites.
Best of luck on your musical journey. I look forward to posting my first project on Soundcloud to show that a brand spanking newbie like myself, with proper training, motivation and willing to pay my dues to learn Ableton, that anyone can become accomplished with this software. Trust me, this was so freaked intimidating to me that I almost pulled the plug and wasn't going to even waste my money and try. I am not a young guy like most of the folks on this site. I may actually be the oldest newbie as I turn 53 in a few months.
Please feel free to send me a private message if I can share anything else that I am doing as a beginner to progress.
Peace & Abundance

The code tells you that it only works on downloadable content. So EasyWorkflows $10 a month deal isn't working that way.S4racen wrote:What happens when i click just the link...

The sale on the monthly price of unlimited $10 streaming ended on February 28th at midnight. But I will tell you this. If you see a course that covers specific content you have wanted to learn, you can view a few videos of that course for free, and if you like the instructor and his clarity of work, $18.95 is a bargain to learn new material. Even though I use three sites to learn including http://www.macprovideo.com andhttp://www.lynda.com, in my humble opinion, http://www.warpacademy.com is the very best training for Ableton. Go to the site and check out the free training. I purchased just purchased the Creative Mastery Course by Vespers and only got 1/2 through first webinar and was blown away. This course is more about the mindset of creating music and is not focused on Ableton. I also have their Jumpstart course, Blitz Bass, & Audio Weapons course. They offer a 30 day money back gaurentee. I do not get paid a penny to endorse them.
Good luck on your journey

Re: MACPROVIDEO.COM !!!!
Honestly, you seem more like a paid spokesperson than you should, thanks for the heads up about the deal on macprovideo course discounts but I won't be taking any more course from them for that price, they're way overpriced compared to Groove3 who at least charge about $15 a month... You can also wait, and groove3 etc. go on sale.EasyWorkflow wrote:Machinesworking wrote:The code tells you that it only works on downloadable content. We should also mention that Youtube also has plenty of good instructional videos for free.
