I emailed support, will see what comes back and post any info i get. Thought initially it may have something to do with Windows permissions or admin rights but what platform are you on Stromkraft?

OS X 10.9.

I haven't had this issue for quite a while. I should note a possibly unrelated observation in that I've had some issue with crashes which — at the suggestion from Ableton support that my Options file could be related — lead to me removing the ShowDevices option from it. When I did this recurring crashes disappeared.

I can't tell for sure if my lack of issues with MaxForLive audio effect devices since is due to this removal as I haven't been using these as much lately until just recently. That this little unsupported feature can cause crashes, at least when you have third party plug-ins in your set, is nevertheless worth taking note of.

Did you install and use Max 7 for not so long ? Is it stop working or fade in and out ?
There was a bug with Max7 demo period ending and causing this. It is solved now if you haven't update to 7.0.2.
No Max 7, only 6.1.9. All packs are fresh too.

Thanks! I did several of the tweaks from Sonic Bloom but can't remember if i disabled that one. Would be sweet that was the issue, an easy fix. :)
