I'd blame them both! I thought mine wasn't working and then I pushed the French fries of the screen and all of a sudden the display was working, I might return it anyway, it could be defective. Have you tried moving the French fries off your Push? It's worth a shot
I blame everyone. can I just Push the fries to the sides?

This is a great method! I used to hate doing dishes, turns out you can buy cheap used dishes at the Thrift store. Instead of washing them now I just smash them on the kitchen floor when they get dirty and use the new ones from the thrift store.
