Anybody figured out a way to use two cards in live so you can use the built in sound for preview and the indigo IO for main out? I use the Indigo dj, but if I could do that I would switch to the IO so I can sample live and record.

Hey,

Glad to see other people are enjoying using these cards. I totally agree with the suggestion of combining the indigo i/o and dj, so we could get the best of both worlds.

hbot, earlier in the thread some people mentioned asio4all. do a google search as this might do what you need it to do. Another option is google search for asiox. This i know allows you to use two soundcards at the same time.

www.asio4all.com

This is a (well regarded) Freeware generic ASIO driver.

I've had reports from many people that have managed to get their laptop's inbuilt audio to function at 6ms latency with this ASIO driver. It also will interface to a soundcard having real ASIO drivers .....

Version 2 added the ability to gang multiple devices into a single ASIO device. This will let you combine the facilities of a proper ASIO sound card with non-ASIO driver supplied soundcard chipsets (e.g. PC laptop's inbuilt audio) into a single ASIO driver 'hook' ...
