I installed Synthmaster 2.7.2 on my Windows 8.1 desktop. I haven't had any issues with it in Live 9.2.1 at all. All is well.

**SOLVED**
Live 9.2.1
Synthmaster 2.7.2
Windows 10
I uninstalled all instances of the program. In "Programs and Features" I had three kv331 installations:
Synthmaster 2.6
Synthmaster 2.7
Something called :: " ... 300 Preset update ..."
I uninstalled all and reinstalled 2.7.2. (2.7.2 reports that there is a 2.7.3 available).

Ok, so I bit the bullet and wiped out all traces of Synthmaster on my hard drive and re-installed everything from scratch, including all the expansion packs and it worked.
