Nope
From your screenshot I can tell that you're using L10, so your issue is due to something else.
But to those who are experiencing the same issue: are you using L9 by any chance?
This device needs Live 10.
Can you please right-click the device's title bar and select "open max window" and let me know any error message you'd find here?

I'd already looked around in it. Couldn't find an error. Should I look for something specific?
Are you on a beta version?
Edit:
viewtopic.php?f=35&t=229499 works fine. I'll see if I can spot the difference.

The plot thickens.
I've opened it up again, unfroze the device, looked at Cycling's patch, disabled and enabled some stuff. Saved the BrowseRouting under a different name. And all of a sudden it started working.
Reloaded your version 1.2 and now that one works again too.
Maybe some dependency is failing during the freezing process (in other words; a Max bug)? I think the first version of the device was a lot bigger than the current one too.
Maybe you can get it to work again reliably by saving the device under a different name and / or unfreeze / refreeze the BrowseRouting...

There's definitely an issue with device freezing.
Anyway, the latest v1.3 version finally solves the issue.
