Yeah, definitely not as simple as I was thinking.
The Return Tracks seem to receive the sound delayed, no matter if set to Pre or Post.
But if you route to another Track pre or post-FX ("Pre-Mixer") then the track is not delayed (Sidechain input seems to behave the same).
The Track Volume meter measures before the Track Delay.
