@cebec: which driver-version are you using? i'm using the latest (1.10.00.038)

@cebec: i've found a workaround: set 'maximum colors' to 1 billion (10-bit gigacolor) in powerdesk -> quality-settings -> desktop-settings

using the special (Matrox P650) DX9 beta drivers (from 2004) with 16.8 million colors and max. hardware accel. works, as well -- i.e., no GUI corruption

thanks for the info, cebec! i'll forward it to matrox ...

can you please try/run the directdraw-test (dxdiag.exe) while live is opened/running with this driver?

@cebec: another workaround (for 16.8 million color-mode):

disable 'show windows contents while dragging' under display properties -> appearance -> effects

I found something

I seams that the problem still exists.

Werner

Hi,

Matrox released driver version 1.11.00.114 HF for the P650.
Has anybody already tested this version with Live 5?
Is the GUI corruption still visible?

Thank you
Werner
