I have just unlocked Live 4 in the last half hour or so but the upgrade page is still asking me to enter credit card details & stuff... Any help would be very much appreciated!
Isn't your Live 5 serial waiting for you in your registration page ? I bet it is...

I bet it's not. Having exactly the same problem. Ordered it last week thinking I would get 5 as that is what it said. Apparently not.

amo - it's not... not on the registration page, not on the upgrade page, nowhere... why couldn't at least 1 guy work at their office over the weekend to help with the initial jitters! monday can't come quickly enough...

All sorted now, downloading 5.0.1 as i type...
For all the kids out there - the lesson is, when you're buying the old version during the "free update!" period for the impending new one, register your serial AND unlock a copy of Live with it... if you just register like me then you'll be up for daaaaays of paaaain while u wait for everything to be sorted out

I rang just now to check whats going on - official line "Theres a problem with the database, try again on the upgrade web page tomorrow morning to see if it works".
