Hi there,
I was fighting with that for a long time and found I nice solution
Just creat an audio track and call it master. Set the input to master post fx and turn monitoring on. Set the output to external 12. Now you have a mastering out with latency and a normal out for recording without latency just turn the volume up on the output that you need. You can even render both!
