GENELEC...DYNAUDIO OR MACKIE?
the new genelecs are probably as kickass as the dynaudios... the old ones were really good but AFAIR they had a nasty little dip in the midrange that somewhat contributed to the clearness but made them worse than dynaudios for just listening music.
the new ones should have less of that from what i've heard (plus improved stereo imaging etc.)... the old ones were still awesome as monitors, mind you.
i got dynaudios because i wanted speakers that would be good for both mixing and listening and the genelecs sounded slightly worse for the latter use. when i made my purchase, the new genelecs weren't available yet plus i got the bm6as at a REALLY good price (900 euros a pair, hardly used)
