That’s really interesting! As far as I can tell, I’ve got everything on that list covered manually except for:

Disable Spotlight
Log out from iCloud
Minimize Internet Accounts
MBP M1Max | Sonoma 14.7 | Live 12.1 | Babyface Pro FS | Push 3T | clump of controllers
Soundcloud
Ableton Certified Trainer
