Really, this kind of thing should be entirely on Klarna. Klarna should have the resources to pay Ableton fully, as they’re the company who essentially completed the transaction. If Klarna is finding ways around making it obvious what they do, it is again on them.
If their customers are not paying fully for what Klarna is backing. Then maybe Klarna isn’t actually a good business model. In the case of this software, there should be no way that the money should be pulled back from the account. Theft should be dealt with and compensated by the card companies, not be on the business who was exploited.
So yeah. Convince Klarna to buy you Ableton Live I guess?? Would be nice to find some way to hold them accountable for a model that’s clearly being exploited and screwing parties on all ends.
