Hi you Ableton Community People.
I‘m reaching out, because I‘m kinda in a vaccum atm.
I placed an ordern on a Push 3 Upgrade Kit on 2. of Dezember, so I could talk advantage of the BF Sales Days.
So far so good.
But since I placed the order almost nothing has happend.
Means, after a fee days, the took the money off my account and soon after I got Mail from UPS saying that they created a label but they‘re still waiting for for the parcel.
On the 16th of September I opened up a Support Ticket cuz I wanted to get some Infos about the delivery.
No anwers. (I know it can take some time till Support gets back).
Some days later, me being a little too excited, I opend a new Ticket, (22.Dez), same question, same no answer to date.
I know, it's the End of the Year, everything is busy, everything is closed for some Holidays.
Is there anyone in the same Situation?
Anybody still waiting on there Delivery?
