FWIW, you can also freeze complex warped tracks to reduce CPU.

Yeah how do I do that?, I havent made it that far into the 5 manual yet ;)

I only use maybe 3-4 complex warped tracks in my mixes but mixing one to another with a sample running in the background is nearly impossible.
I am neither a jockey nor do I spin anything....

right click the track title of the track which holds the complex warped clips.

select FREEZE TRACK. (repeat the same process to un-freeze)
