Porter Ricks and Techno Animal did an album where they remix each others tracks. Its called "Symbiotics"
Also check out Fluxion "Vibrant Forms II". I have not heard the first Vibrant Forms, but I do know II is a must have.
I also just wanted to throw the Plastikman album "Consumed" out there as well.

Yeah, that Fluxion record has been played at some of the most amazing, most important times in my life. I always go back to that record...
Have never heard Vibrant Forms 1 either!!
I don't think I ever need to hear anything else by Fluxion though. That is a glowing recomondation though...

As recommended by others already, Basic Channel is a must, as is Maurizio. Rest of the related labels (Rhythm & Sound, Main Street) are really good as well, but they're not exactly techno.
And while we're talking minimal, how come no one has mentioned
Studio 1 (discogs link) yet? (I know, he's from Cologne, but that should be close enough, right?)

let's not forget one of the creators of the modern style of minimal techno,
Robert Hood, from Detroit, founder of M-Plant label.
there would very likely not be the minimal scene that exists in Berlin right now without his influence.
