still having problems with the same thing even after reinstalling.
Hi dphouse84,
did you found the file "Preferences.cfg" and renamed it?
by default "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\" is a hidden folder so you might have to change your settings to see hidden files too.
