I'd say the dual prcessor support and faster audio(read CPU light) will be worth the upgrade price alone. I plan on saving for a duo core imac that I'll have by the beginning of July. Just in time for 6 beta.

I would like to see Live handle midi with Logic like capability.
Grouping of third party vst's would be cool to.
Dual session and arrange view capabilities would be sweet but I work around that.
How about a right click send selection to arrange view. It would paste it in the next available space.

wow, what a monster job. Logic is the midi king, the enviroment is a killer alone... and takes years to develope.
but nice thought, on the other hand, i like live for being so *simple* but not a toy, if i need the power of a grown up apps, i use, well Logic.
just my opinion. i rather see live satying *simple* that's so great about it, rather improving the CPU issue...

- Better bussing,
and most important
- SUPPORT FOR 2 MONITORS!
Working in arrange with 2 monitors is a horror (dragging often stops working). It's not cool having to work with just one monitor.
Cheers

I don't have any problems with my MatroxMill 2 header. What are you using?

Whatever they put into the new release will probabbly be a hot ticket. As it was with 5. I can't wait for the new possibilities. Probably a good time to pickup a duel core when Live6 rolls out too.

Did you see this thread?

Looks like you can join up with the other users and talk about your experiences. I don't want to see the video though. Ughh

To quote Michael Jackson,
"That's ignorant, Your being ignorant"
Kidding.
But seriously that would completely make me mental on a very negative level. I'm already pissed that they took Logic away.
but they'll all be the same soon anyway.
