Mike Goodwin live at Tallulah's Cabaret For The Dungeon

by Mike Goodwin
This was recorded at Tallulah’s Cabaret during the
first of "The Dungeon" fetish nights on March 10th 2006
Overall the night was a success. There was some dancing,
Some spanking, lots of leather and PVC and some revealing
“Demonstrations”. This is about 90min of my 4+hour set.

The mix is a bit of a detour from the last mixes I put up as this
Is more of a tripy house and tribal feel. I get some Techno and
Tech House in here and there but it is a slower stompy Feel.
I will be there the second Friday of every month if people want
to check it out.

Well that is enough talk

Banco de Gaia - drippy

Oh Erin and Sandra... Those two are characters... Erin is part of our collective and the party is at her place... Thanks for the kudos on that track... It was just a quick mix done at work with just my mouse and the qwerty controller...

hey hey hey.....just noticed this... sooooooooooo hello...
I'm never on this board but lately I've had A LOT of time to kill at work so I really should be...

I'm @ High Park & Bloor_

I've been ableton molester since version 1.0 - about 4 years (actually it will be 4 years this June since my first live p.a. with Live @ OM 2002)

Now I do the occasional true live p.a. but usually I perform dj/live p.a. hybrid sets where I either mash up a ton of tunes in Live or mix vinyl and run ableton over top to add samples, original loops, hits, pads, vocal accapellas etc...

I'm a pro bassist as well, so I've been trying to get a p.a. down where I can play my heart out and still have smooth transitions (clean loop recording and adding back into the session on the fly without losing momentum)
One day I'm sure...

We need to get some jam sessions going in this city!

hey, Jamie! you did a wikked remix for Ayria, I did the original programming with Jenn on that (i'm the other half of the band) LOVED what you did with just the 2-track mix. i think that's all you had, right?

jam session sounds good to me! tried to get one going with a few other non-tweakheads (bass and guitar) was fun for a few sessions but sort of fell apart. keep me posted on that!

heh, hi, Heidi... i'm probably sitting 25 feet from you right now. SPOOKY.
