I was sending some emails to ableton then I got a reply which I think was an email sent to me by accident with a word document. Anyways, there's loads of info which all of you already know about Live 6, but here's some content extrapolated from the document (slightly edited by me) which I thought I would share.
Automatic track selector based on key and style picks out the perfect 'next' using advanced AI.
Plugins have now have lo-fi mode which may suck the life out of sounds, but allow for 100 reverbs.
Recycle has been cross licensed and integrated into Live 6.
Iridescent interface which glows to help you see better in clubs.
Linear tri band alpha module that repositions transients in accordance with the quantum inverse of the audio.
Follow actions have been removed due to improper usage to allow for a better system in the future.
Object orientated clips which spawn other channels which spawn other clips which spawn effects.
Overlay system which allows for custom labels everywhere, much like a skin editor.
Linear melody generator takes a song as input and plays appropriate melodies on top of it.
Sound modulation automation which will detect when an audio signal needs to be modulated and do it for you.
Dualjam allows for users to stream sets and jam live over the internet at even dialup speeds.
Analogue extensions for Operator with devilfish type mod for perfect 303 emulations.
Yearly updates will be replaced by more frequent updates including free features
Yes, April fool to you too forge!!
But nice try

It's a most feeble attempt only because the bs was stretched a little too far. It would have been much more wicked if it was list of subtle changes and features. I mean if you're gonna make fools, make a bunch. AI and low -fi, my nightmare future for Live.

What about the fact that L6 will take advantage of your audio interface's built-in digital to analogue converters to give all your mixes that warm analogue sound?

I like a good joke but don't fuck with follow mode.

My first thought was, well, at least version 5 works great for me. Gotta keep an eye on those Aussies.

I just woke up at noon on March 31st!
