lucky then,,,that the type of thing I'd want to do with phatmatik pro, is also the type of thing I use ableton live for......so I may never bump into this problem, sweet. cos I love phatmatik from my PC days....I'll be getting the UB version soon sometime. I want a UB sampler first....

what, and lie to you ? if its not going to happen any time soon, thats what I want to hear...eeeeeEEEEEeeeeEEEEEEeEeEspecially if I'm about to put money in their pocket.
Oh I agree with you bOunce, I wanna know especially before parting with the dough. However, I was expecting too much (ok I'm an idealist), I guess I was expecting something like this "we are aware of this problem & we're working on it right now to have a fix soon". Instead it was "that's too bad I'll put this in as a request for tech supprot to see if it can be added as feature in the future". That's what I meant by not being very encouraging. But hey at leat they were honest & I won't part with my dough yet.

How about drag n drop - live -> phatmatic. Has anyone gotten this to work?

But the crazy thing was that I was one of the first to report that bug to them back in April when the UB version was released. I had a really nice dialog with the tech support guy over email for a few weeks, and then, nothing. I've sent him a couple of emails over the last 2 months with absolutely no response. The plugin is completely useless to me if settings are destroyed on recall. I don't understand how this bug wasn't caught in betatesting, and how it still exists after almost half a year.
Where is Art from Bitshift in all of this? The products he sold to Izotope aren't getting any support. Not great for customers at all!

I heard it was just PC users getting the proverbial ride...
I thought the mac versions were kept up-to-date ... ?
