Yeah, that's how I feel when I am playing a show and Live decides to disappear on its own at random times :)

Anyone using the Moto UltraLight? I am starting to think there is a problem with Live using the UltraLight in conjunction with an external firewire drive and using midi through the Moto in Live 5.2+ and OS X.

I went back to using my motu828 instead of the motu UltraLight, and no crashes yet. Could be a problem with the Motu UltraLight and using an external FireWire Drive or a Midi controler with it. Not sure how to pinpoint it.

Also, The new update still has the Reaktor VST window bug. Whenever I need to resize the window or open the browser, half or more ofthe window turns white.
only just noticed this, is anyone looking into this? i couldn't find a bug post about it...

Is there going to be more updates?

nope, that was officially the last one I've heard. it's typical for a software company of this size to totally turn it's back on hundreds of thousands of customers and never update again. damn.... sure wish there would be at least a few more....

this is very unstable. What bugs was this version supposed to be fixing? Now it crashes my powerbook whenever I go to close the program. Any suggestions? I hope this isn't the last one.

Oh, and for the record, Reaktor VST graphic bug in latest Live6 Beta. If they can't fix it in L6, they'll never fix it in L5. If this is the case, I may not upgrade. because this is a major problem. I work mostly in Reaktor, and use it for everything from MIDI processing to efx. having to constantly open and close the window is a terrible way to work!

ok so i downloaded 5.2.2. im trying to get it to auto map to my axiom49.
I changed all the control surfaces in my preferances to the axiom, i also have inpt 2 and 3 set to axiom, and all the track sync and remote boxes set to on...
Whats supposed to happen cos aint nothin happinin for me! Should it automaticly assign faders to different parrameters in live? If i want a slider to do somthing, i still have to go into midi mode.
Am i stoopid?
(dont answer that....)
