Lemur setup :
Target zero in : Midi Yoke In 1
Target zero out : Midi Yoke Out 2

Live Setup :
MIDI Remote In : Midi Yoke In 2
MIDI Remote Out : Midi Yoke Out 1

I just was under the impression that it was acting on a per port basis. I'll try this ASAP.
