Anyone get the Alesis Control Pad yet?

they sell the ion (alesis budget electronics) version at target right now.

it looks to be an exact copy. i think it's under $200 there.

same company??????? the thought of free headphones is a worry, but yeah it LOOKS the same ..so what gives eh?
