I think its CCS overlays, instead of modifying the page "in the normal way" they just lay what they want over the top of the old layout. Its a really terrible way to build pages but I guess it gets the kids dribbling.

Well, it looks like the Berlin guys are pretty crafty. They searched for threads in the Live forum with MySpace links, that's how they found you all.
