i was using battery 3 over impulse for lack of a layering feature
yeah - I was routing an Impulse into another impulse (in Live 5) to do this which is kind of a pain. I'm upgrading as we speak so I can get into the stacks.

nylarch_ good luck wit it. i think its number one feature is SPEED. you can build your kits very quickly w/ drumstack. after that. it does what they all do.
