I have nothing but goos things to say about ableton, yesterday I called them and the phone was awnsered within 3 rings, polite, curtious and patient with me. I had my awnser in about 5 minutes of chatting and an email confirming everythign there and then.

Support is still the best in this industry., E mail or phone. I don't like 6 upgrade at all nothing of much use for me, but others love it so it is OK, maybe next one will be more interesting for me.

I sent in a question about 3 weeks ago about a problem in operator that i repoduced on both my PC and mac and never heard back. it was very dissapointing and is one of the bigger reasons i'm not interested in purchasing sampler.

I always had fantastic support from Ableton up untill about 6 months to a year ago. It is not all the time but there have been two or three occasions where the support made me down right angry. Asking me questions that I had already given them answers to. This is after waiting for over a week for the responce. Ableton at one time was a overnight contact and now I feel that it is a gamble as to when I will hear back. This being said the last time I talked with them via email i had a qick responce with very helpfull information.

Start complaining when you email a company asking for an interface price and availability and you don't get a reply in 21 days and counting.
