I've used this site quite a bit to crank out TTS stuff for things. Last one was an Ashley Simpson smack-up, IIRC
One tip: sometimes things don't 'translate' the way you think they will, unless you spell them phonetically.

theres a free plug called lips for mac that does this - lets you pick one of secveral voices, you type hit play, usually you have to write phonetically - then hit export and theres a aiff - brilliant weee toy
