Tell me more. Been wondering whether I could customise mine....
Actually not as interesting as I make it sound. I did take it apart to see whether I could make it signficantly smaller, but the PCB's are so big it wasn't worth getting into the fabrication headaches. In the end all I did was pop off that huge crossfader cap and bend the metal part flush with the case so it would all fit in my laptop bag nicely.

It seems like the latter has more functionality and is significantly cheaper. What would indicate purchasing a Kenton over a Novation - other than physical size considerations?

Build quality for one. Endless rotaries that remember their position when you switch channels. Smaller size. Matches my MBP. LED's showing you knob positions.

Sheesh, I'll bet the Korg Zero 4 isn't going to sell for much more then one of these here in the States...

Extremely compact and rugged, but a tad overpriced.
Just wait a few months. ;)
