If an Mbox Pro is for the "Pro". Then who is a TDM system for? I hate that fucking company. My Firebox has been working like a charm.

I used a mbox for a couple of years, and while I might have cursed PT's software many times, that little mbox NEVER let me down. It always did what it is suppose to do and never gave me any problem,EVER! God Bless that little mbox. It worked with PT's, Reason, Garageband and sounds good with Live. 8) 8)

Mucst chime in here... Just for the record...And I actually doesnt like DD´s market strategy either... But...

My M-box (the ´original´ one) never ever failed me... Plastic junk or not, it has so far done the job...

Go MOTU.......My Ultralite is rock solid.

I LOVE this little interface.

I'm considering a traveler for my next purchase(more i/o)

I also suggest moving to Digital Performer......

"Pro Tools LE" is not PRO Anything!

I also hate digidesigns biz practice's.

I refuse to buy into the bullshit they're pushin'....industry standard...yada yada

Unfortunately 4ace when it comes to the "industry" they are the standard. By industry I mean recording studios, film sound etc.

I understand that and agree with you.......i just refuse to buy into it

It's my little way of fighting back by not supporting that company financially and also educating as many people as i can that there are other and possibly better solution's out there.Obviously depending on what your needs are.

Yeah I'm playing my part. I teach a music production course and I often catch myself being an Ableton fan boy and dissing Digi's treatment of customers... I try not to but it just comes out 8O
