there is a way to do that using racks... I do live PA so for me having a different chain for every sound is not an option the way I do it is I have four separate tracks with racks, with different chains for every song.... that way I can throw four different effects onto 4 different impulses... and if I need more I could always have two chains per track.

another way I've messed arround with is using a single impulse and then creating a new audio track for every output... so 8 extra audio tracks... then setting the input to impulses outputs. I don't like this much tho.
