I have a NAS box running linux with 2 400GB sata hard drive setup to mirror each other with RAID.

The network is all gigabit, and all laptops plug in to it and 'back-up' the entire drive usually once ever 2 weeks or so.

No off site back-up cause I trust no one with my stuff. No offense world, but here are too many fucked up people out there.

If my house burned down and I lost everything, then it's a sign I shouldn't have my work.

That sounds kickass. Is it easy to set up?

Currently, i keep a Backup Folder on the desktop of my Powerbook. I just drop copies of the day's work from my external drive to this folder and transfer it to a different external every once in a while.
