How to do that "Pole" sounding dub stab sound?

if you want to rebuild it on one track:
start with an epiano or just some keyboard sound, followed by a reverb and AFTER the reverb a delay.
The Delay should be not realistic.
Placing the reverb at the "wrong" place (before delay) is a common dub technique.
