"Improved MIDI Timing - The MIDI engine has been reworked and we were able to significantly reduce timing error (jitter) of recorded MIDI."

Huge thanks Abe's - this, for me, was the biggest single issue with Live and I'm over the moon that it's core functionality is finally being addressed.

Correct - the AAS core synthesis engines complemented with our interface and effects.

Excellent.
I'm on 5.2.2, but they're doing the upgrade to 6, get 7 free thing. Always good, but a little confusing.
So, it's something like:
Upgrade to Live 6 download, get Live 7 download free? That's what it looks like, but then goes on to say upgrade to Live 6, get a discount on Live 7 Suite.
So, I'm assuing its something like:
Live 6 download upgrade $119
Live 7 Suite download upgrade $399
Does that make the cost for Live 7 Suite download $280 (the difference between the two)? Or, is it $399?
It says: "The price will be deducted from you final Live Suite price" - which suggest to me that its $399 - $120 = $280, since $399 is my current upgrade price to Live 7 Suite from 5.2 BEFORE buying the Live 6 upgrade.
I'm a bit confused by that.

OMG, so quickly with that small comment, that just blew my carefully conceived strategy to "update to 6 after 7 is released".
This is a big issue for me too so it's worth the risk of any temporary instability, etc with the initial release. I'm going straight from 5 to 7 just to get this!

you can even drag instruments into pads .. so you can have drum machines with their own sequences on a pad.
