Logic Plug Ins, In Ableton?

it's impossible to use logic effects in any other daw because logic effect are neither VST nor AU. they have their own interface private to logic as far as i know. i really wonder whether there is a an RTAS -> AU/VST wrapper out there ?

there wont be one.
digidesign would never allow it.

Apple wouldn't go a bundle on it either.... which is why they introduced their proprietary AU format. (too bloody minded/cheap to pay Steinberg to use VST, even though it's massively restricting to Mac users using Logic)

It pisses me off...they should all use one system. DX, VST, RTAS, AU - condense it to one system would be a lot better for the consumer and then the DAWS would have a level playing field for plugin development.

And digidesign can disappear up their own arse with their underpowered (LE and M-Powered) and overpriced (HD) product as far as I'm concerned.
