as far as drum machines the sample pack goes... it looks neat, and 80 dollars is nothing for all that sampling work. It takes time to sample.
does anybody here sample their stuff?
as far as having a hard ware drum machine... yep its worth it.
did I buy drum machines... = no, I synth my own drums...
do I own a hardware machine = no, again, I like my software.

I thought Tone Deft was a pretty sad name, you got me beat (google 'tone deft' to see a band that used that name, I had no idea.) a trig reference was the last thing I'd expect to see on a music forum.

Um, Laird's intentional misspelling is how he usually refers to me - we've known each other for a long time. Rest assured that he understand the reference, and that he thinks it's geeky.
