everything look right in DSP options and DAC settings?

got the track sliders up?

using stereo audio files? MLR wants only stereo.

@ Nobbystylus-
Id redownload MLR. maybe one of the subpatches in there was moved or something. Thats another thing, If any of the subpatches are moved from the OG folder youll problee run into problems.
Also, maybe delete the version of max runtime and download/install that again.
Definately is an MLR problem as monomulator just converts SYSEX to OSC, thats it.
Maybe hit the Monome board as well, maybe someone had the same issues as you, very friendly and knowledgeable community there...

yes its an MLR issue for sure.. i've tried running it standalone and it rejects any audio i put into it.. i've tried redownloading both max runtime and mlr though, to no avail, but i'll give the forum a go..

Windows Version Is Up! Have a Happy New Year!

Tip: Make sure you enable Overdrive in Monomulator/MaxMSP/Max Runtime

Thanks guys, A great present when I checked my emails first time in 08. Being New Years day my head hurts and I can't seem to get this working. Using Vista, can get into native mode and open up _mlr.mxb, drop some files in but the volume siders are not displayed. I am getting no such object error messages. Do I have to have MLR installed in a particular directory?

Also there is no MonomulatorIMP.jpg in the windows zip file.

figured out why MLR was not opening correctly... I needed to open this in a seperate MaxMSP session.

thank you, this is great.

Knobs not working for me either, on XP version.

Has this changed somewhat since the video, or is this effectively the same version?

did you replace midi_settings file with the one in the archive?
Do you have the Drop-down "To Monome App" and Options->MIDI in MLR set to the same MIDI yoke bus?

The version in the video is setup with the pk sideways. now its implemented so that the pk will be right side up. Also, a couple of the function buttons are moved... functionally the same though...

how do you do reverses with out the mouse?

also when i rewire to live, the midi knobs/buttons only work 1/2 the time.
