every once in a while I get back into lead sheets on guitar, as a fad usually linked to listening to too much jazz. I'm too lazy to learn to read sheet music.

dcease - it's kinda complicated, kinda not. if you played those notes they'd be the melody, or jingle to 'Girl From Iponema', then the chords are the backing. dunno, maybe mohler can put it better but when jazzers play, that's all they use, there's tons of info to be gleamed from that sheet.

/end rant, I guess I get a kick out of it.
