'sall good I just had to put my $0.02 in there.

yeah, really looking forward to seeing There Will Be Blood, looks really good.

scientist - yeah, that's a funny one!!

on the movie tip

Sweeny Todd - thought it was OK, watchable, don't think I'll see it again. there wasn't too much depth to the characters and the music wasn't all that grabbing.

No Country For Old Men - really liked it, it's basically a western played out in modern times. no soundtrack which is unusual.

Before The Devil Knows Your Dead - twisted flick. really slow but worth it at the end. see it if you're into Marisa Tomei and/or Phillip Seymor Hoffman nudity.

Damn, you had me until no soundtrack. Not sure if I'd be into that. I'm only responding because I am choosing right now what to *shock* pay to see in the cinema...

seriously, I didn't even notice until the end of the movie. a soundtrack would ruin the movie's feel. it's a barren, cold country, no place for old men or soundtracks.

don't go in expecting too much, but I'd put my rep on the line that it's a good movie.

on soundtracks: i was blown away at there will be blood. incredible incredible modern orchestral score. very simple, not at all your typical film music. while i thought the movie was too long overall, the first 'act' - with no dialogue and simple violin parts - was amazing. it wasn't til i got home and looked it up on imdb that i knew it was jonny greenwood from radiohead.

Sounds cool - unfortunately the decision has been made: it's We Own The Night for us... must check out that Johnny Greenwood one too.

Breaking copyright law is breaking copyright law.

Stealing is completely different thing dealt with by completely different laws.

Stop calling copyright infringement 'stealing'. It's not stealing by any definition of the term.

Since they're two completely different things? Ask a lawyer.

you should be more specific with the kind of lawyer tone should ask - a copyright lawyer

my old lady always get random calls from people asking her about Tax, Family even entertainment law and she always like - I'm not a Tax, Family or entertainment lawyer but I can point in the right direction of one

she does DUI's

kind of like a foot doctor wouldn't know how to do brain surgery

or a drum and bass dj would have a hard time playing house

or someone who speaks chinese probably would have a hard time speaking japanese

or a pro basketball player wouldn't cut it in the nfl (or vice versa)

I'm sure with a little research, practice and or some diligent studying they could figure it out though

but I know what you mean
