any more opinions/feedback on presonus firebox & mbox 2

I bought an MBOX 2 Pro today (second hand) and I have been testing it all afternoon. So far, it is working out great. The price new is too expensive because of PT, but if you get a good price on one second-hand, it could be a good option.

am deciding between the two interfaces at the moment...

am starting to lean towards the firebox for budget's sake, but still keen to hear if anyone thinks the mbox2 pro is worth the extra spend...

does anyone know if the headphone output on the mbox2 pro can be used as a two-channel output, so you can send a “cue” mix to the headphones and a main mix to the main output, like the firebox does ?

please let me know if you have good or bad feedback on either...

have done lots of reading, but would really appreciate any feedback...

Oh jesus god there's no point in asking this question. I've had both and lemme say FIREBOX all the way.

mbox is overpriced. its only purpose is to garner digidesign with more money cause you have to buy it for protools. The drivers are shit. The chassis is weak. The sound is OK but nowhere near the level that the firebox cranks out. Please for the love of god, dont make the same mistake I did and get yourself the firebox first and forget about the mbox.
