blurgh sounds like crap Tuss, i think RDJ went the right direction and AE took a wrong turn somewhere and plugged their granny into the mains and recorded the outcome. Never mind.

i'm not so impressed. call me nostalgic i guess.
where have you heard a complete track?
did you buy the release?

you just have to click on the waveform in the 'player' on the bleep.com site.
not so intuitive. otherwise, it fades out after 30 seconds.

but again, after needle dropping through all the clips. there is nothing in there of substance musically for me. so, it just doesn't seem like a change in direction too much from where they've been venturing. It's more of a sound design synth patch example demo than a properly composed and rendered album. :(

i'll have to listen all the way through. one of the things about autechre (for me, anyway) is that it takes time for their music to develop. needle dropping doesn't make much sense with this type of music...there is no verse/chorus/bridge format
to latch onto. thanks for the tip though, i'm going to go have a full listen....

You guys alread made my ears bleed last year with your Battles craze. I tried to upload it back to itunes to get my money back but Apple wouldn't have it.

I come from the old school generation where we like music that is actaully enjoyable to listen to, or considered music for that matter.
